In my group there were 3 people. Aria, Caitlin, and myself. We had decided to do our statistics investigation about the canteen. We wanted to find out: How often do you visit the canteen; and what do you get most often from the canteen. To make our investigation unbiased we drew a Y8 and a Y7 class from each house. We then got the class rolls of the classes that were drawn and highlighted every 3 person. Once we knew the people we were going to survey we went around to their classes. First we asked the whole class if there is anything they wanted to see happen at the canteen? Many of the students wanted the canteen open at the canteen and cheaper prices especially LOL's. After we had asked that question we then asked their teacher if we could survey some children. Most of the students visited the canteen now and again, and the food that they bought most was cookies.
CAMP!!!!
On the 4th-6th of March, Caitlin, Aria,my Dad and Me traveled to Totara Springs in Matamata, for CAMP!! Went ahead of the bus so we could help set up tents at the bottom camp. I started of down in the bottom camp where we could see all of the tents set up. There I participated in the Bridge jump where we jumped into a hole, which was in the stream. Kayaking, were we follow a course that went all the way around and back. Damper making, where we all got a lump of dough which we had to put on a metal stick and cook over the fire. And they said that my one was one of the best! Caitlin, Devon, Paige, Rebekah and me were all in the same froup, and our raft stayed together the whole way. In first aid we carried Nicole all the way up to the bridge jump. And when night came we went down to a different part of the stream, threw in our lines, and had a go at eeling. Unfortunately my group didn't catch any eels. And don't forget the camping!! I, was a cold and chilly night and it poured down with rain! But overal staying at the bottom camp was really fun. The next day we walked up to the top camp where we placed our belongings in a cabin and headed to the dining hall for breakfast.
Here are some wonderful parents serving up some yummy food.

Her eyes sparkle like a thousand stars staring at you. Her shines a glorious as the sun passes overhead. As she smiles the whole world lights up and shows them self. And the sun creeps out from hiding.
Her face glitters like a thousand diamonds as the sun reflects of her face. Creases form on her forehead as she focuses on the hockey game. Her time comes, she sprints towards the hockey ball like a cheetah on it's prey. 'She SHOOTS', 'SHE SCORES!!' 'Yes and the Black Sticks beat the Aussies.
As she speaks, her calm clear voice fills the room with excitement. She produces and performs a speech like no other can do. Her strong voice contains no trace of fear, or doubt, but a truck load of confidence bursting at the seams.
She is a dolphin when she glides through the water. Her muscular arms move more swiftly, fluently and with ease.

Intermediate students shouldn't be allowed to choose their subjects because it would alter your future and career big time. Since all the students would want to learn is games the T.V and so on.
Most children these days have set a big future. But how can they reach the top if they don't learn the basics? That's why all subjects such Reading, Writing, Maths and English should be compulsory, then we at least know the basic skills. Knowing the basic knowledge will make life a lot easier. For example if you want to be a doctor you need to learn maths and science. And if there were no doctors in the world it would be catastrophe.
Once you reach the last stages of your high school years. you get the responsibility of choosing your subjects. So then you can choose the subjects that match your career.
when you are young you might not have the faintest idea of what you want to be. So then it is better to learn all the subjects than to regret it later. But as you advance to high school you future will be growing.
So if you don't want our world to turn to dust, where there are no good doctors or careers. Make sure that all subjects( excluding years 11,12,13) make all subjects compulsory. Because then planet Earth would be a positive place, where people would want to learn.
RAINBOW
Bold bright colours moving sleekly through the sky, The rainbow shimmers and glitters around. It dances and flutters like it's alive, The bright colours make my heart pound and pound.
It's beautiful colours dance around town, It shines like the bright stars in the night sky. A rainbow can take away your big frown, I'd sit on the rainbow if I could just fly.
But then the rainbow starts fading away, Soon the sky turns from bright and bold to grey. The sun is hidden and it starts to pour, You look at the sky which turns to a war.
The rainbow is just some old illusion, The leprechauns get quite a confusion.
